Abstract

This paper describes a new innovative Total Travel Centre (TTC) concept, which integrates various mobility related services provided by public and private stakeholders to improve the equality, participation, inclusion, quality of life and mobility of all citizens, especially disadvantaged and other special users. The TTC solution and related telematic tools can offer end-users several types of service related to ordering and booking of e.g. healthcare related and other appointments, increasing mobility, transporting passengers and small goods, improving participation, accessibility of services and independent living. All this can be built around demand responsive passenger transports. For the covering abstract see ITRD E134653.
