Abstract
During January-February 1993 a test was made to show that the use of a Global Positioning System was technical feasible for public transport. The set-up for the test, the equipment used as the on-board computer, and the set-up of the software are described in more detail. The technical problems and the registered deviations are discussed, and can be solved.
