Abstract

It is stated that it has been possible to prove even in the field of insurance, that if alcohol was not a factor in the traffic situation, then even those countries which now have a high sense of responsibility to maintain traffic safety, would save hundreds of lives and thousands of injuries which lead to total disability, not to mention less serious injuries.
