Abstract

Difference of voltages, current generated from nodes. Ohm's law are corresponding to travel time, origin-destination traffic volume, travel time function, respectively. Traffic assignment based on the equal travel time principle is introduced on the fact that the difference of voltages between two nodes is kept to be constant on every route.
