Abstract

In residential areas traffic usually is a mixture of cars, cyclists and pedestrians all using the narrow streets. This chapter presents the results of a study in which the behaviour of drivers, cyclists and pedestrians on narrow residential roads were surveyed and analyzed. These results will be used as a basis for improving the traffic conditions in these residential areas.
