Abstract

The SATURN model has now had many applications in Australia. This paper deals with an experiment that uses the matrix estimation technique within the suite of programs. The experiment tries to take the matrix estimation process to its limit. The results suggest that matrix estimation is not an appropriate tool for area- wide analysis.
