Abstract

This paper discusses some aspects of information acquisition in the traffic environment. From a simple track in the landscape, dominated by trees and buildings supplying mostly the road user with so- called information the crucial and important information, in the modern traffic environment is mostly artificial. Analysis of visual information seeking does reveal that much of the information is overlooked or neglected.
