TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2088 includes 23 papers that explore using speed-flow relationships for microsimulation calibration, a behavioral model for microscopic freeway traffic-flow simulation, modeling intersection performance using microsimulation, corridor traffic management and planning strategies that use microsimulation, calibrations of traffic-flow microsimulation models, accident-free car-following models, and freeway oscillation characteristics.
