Abstract

TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board 1884 examines the strategic implementation of customer-driven performance measures in Chicago, the impact of traffic congestion on bus travel time in northern New Jersey, state strategies for implementation of computer-assisted scheduling and dispatching systems for paratransit, and the analysis of delays caused by midblock jeepney stops. Many of these papers contained in this volume were among those presented at the 83rd Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board in January 2004.
