Abstract

TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board 1835 addresses the accessibility, connectivity, and capacity of transit through case studies. The volume examines transit use at large employment sites in San Francisco, California; the value of new heavy rail and bus rapid transit projects in Lima, Peru; the implementation of a transit priority program in Zurich, Switzerland; and the fare-free transit program at University of California–Los Angeles. The papers contained in this volume were among those presented at the 82nd Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board in January 2003. For abstracts of some of the papers see C 32905 - C 32920.
