Abstract

TRB's Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board 1848 includes a methodological framework for assessing transportation policies as applied to the Athens 2004 Olympic Games; a report on the implementation of an engineer-in-residence concept in the Department of Civil Engineering and Mechanics at the University of Wisconsin; and an examination of the educational needs in spatial data, information science, and geomatics in the context of the civil engineering undergraduate curriculum. The papers contained in this volume were among those presented at the 82nd Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board in January 2003.
