Abstract

It has become increasingly apparent in recent years that whilst the number of deaths in industry has been steadily declining, the proportion involving non-rail transport has been increasing. It is against this background that the study of 362 deaths was undertaken and this report is to understand why these accidents occurred and how can be made profit from the mistakes of others.
