Abstract

Survey, which are analyzed, were designed to explore alternative aspects of personal mobility and accessibility and to test the adequacy of some of the assumptions and techniques of current and past transport planning. It is pointed out how present transport planning is selective in not considering the travel patterns of all groups in the population.
