Abstract

This record contains 5 papers that examine various aspects of transportation needs of the poor, disadvantaged, and elderly and the use of public transportation in meeting those needs. A series of interviews concerning the most efficient and economical means of ensuring the availability of public transportation that the elderly and the handicapped can effectively use are briefly discussed.
