TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2041 includes 10 papers that explore reliability and security in transportation networks, intergovernmental cooperation in the conduct of a local government continuity-of-operations exercise, transportation network risk profile for an origin-destination pair, integrated urban evacuation planning framework, and empirical characterization of mass evacuation traffic flow.
