This issue of the TRR also examines routing hurricane disaster relief goods, the impact of road capacity constraints on the spatial distribution of hurricane evacuation shelter capacities, a stochastic humanitarian inventory control model for disaster planning, emergency logistics issues affecting the response to Hurricane Katrina, designing emergency evacuation plans, and modeling the hurricane evacuation response curve.
