TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2382 consists of 19 papers that explore commuting by bicycle in Madrid, Spain; the accuracy of geoimputation; travel time frontiers; elderly transport mobility and subjective well-being; the willingness to pay for managed-lane systems; uncertainty in predicted sequences of activity travel episodes; and activity travel behavior models. This issue of the TRR also examines intrahousehold motorized vehicles; revealed willingness to pay for leisure; fuel use and optimality of assignments in multivehicle households; equity effects of congestion charges; the connection between activity-travel patterns and subjective well-being; change from motorized travel modes to walking or cycling; decisions in activity travel scheduling process; and individual mobility attributes and their impact on modality style.
