TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2003 includes 16 papers that explore random utility theory, the additive logit model and spatial choice microsimulations, dynamic value pricing, dynamic choice model, dynamic extensions to a family of trip table refinement methods, traffic flow microsimulation, and the cross-nested logit route choice model.
