Abstract

Impact of road closings on travel time and activity rescheduling after a decline in automobile availability are among the commuter issues discussed in TRB's Transportation Research Record 1807. It also includes a lifestyle analysis of the changes in mobility in Sao Paolo, Brazil. The papers contained in this volume were among those presented at the 81th Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board in January 2002.
