Abstract
In all Western countries and in many other parts of the world, the methods of treatment in the case of traffic offences are being discussed and investigated at the present time. It might therefore appear to be a simple matter to present some aspects of the trend of development on the basis of the rich fund of material from investigations, proposals for legislation, etc., which is avilable.
