Trips generated from deluxe hotels in Bangkok.

Abstract

This paper is attempted to develop the methodology and model of trip generation from deluxe hotels for the purposes of predicting trips to be generated by the new coming hotel. Questionnaires and traffic survey had been done for the data collection process. The regression and correlation analysis revealed that the relationship between traffic volume and number of hotel's guests, total area of each activities mentioned can be represented by the regression equation with the period of time the trip occurred.
