Abstract
In the Netherlands many intersections are reconstructed in roundabouts. An investigation is carried out at the safety at these roudabouts. Two analyses are executed: a comparison between the before and after situation (intersections vs roundabouts) and a comparison between the different types of roundabouts in the after situation. Particularly the safety of the drivers of bicycles and mopeds is studied. (Author/publisher)
