Abstract

Traffic violations of alcoholics were obtained form interviews and court records. The alcoholics with the fewest number of violations were more emotionally stable, self-sufficient and less impulsive. Twenty of them had their driving licenses suspended one or more times, and twenty-two had been arrested for drunken driving.
