Abstract

A case of a typical lumber spine injury of a 20-years old man is described. Injury resulted from a car crash while the man was wearing a two-point safety belt. The characteristics of the injury caused by the seatbelt are described. The longitudinal fracture of the L3 and injury at two different levels occurred, which is unusual.
