Abstract
Considering that generalized costs of utilization of each are of the network are increasing functions of the load of this are, we present a method for solving the traffic assignment problem. The corresponding solution consists in a "selfish equilibrium", a situation where each user minimizes his own cost, taking as given what the others do, i.e. a situation where the second Wardrop principle is satisfied.
