Abstract

In this article the author pose five questions. 1- Is there a relationship between human behaviour and weather? 2- Can weather-services give accident predictions? 3- Who will obtain such predictions? 4- What will be the effect of these predictions? 5- What will be the juridical consequence if there will be relationship between human behaviour and weather? The author of the second article describes an investigation into the relationship between weather and accidents. Weather-charts and accident statistics of Hamburg are investigated and compared. The investigation showed that especially the cyclogenetic processes influence the accident rate.
