Abstract

This contribution reports about the design and development of an open andflexible framework called DLR Traffic Data Platform (TD-Platform) that isable to process most well known traffic data like (X)FCD, loop detector and traffic video data and fuse them into a common integrated traffic stateof the system under surveillance. The TD-Platform is currently built as aservice-oriented architecture (SOA), which allows a simple integration ofnew services based on the provided traffic data into its core services module. Using an open and flexible API for services integration, new data sources and applications can be added easily to the TD-Platform.
