Abstract
71 Test personnel drove along a prescribed test road under the following conditions- when sober, with 0.8 o/oo and 13 o/oo BAC on bicycle and on a motorcycle. The tests with the motorcycle indicated at 0,8 o/oo compared with the performance when sober, a reduction performance of 80.6% and with 1,3 o/oo 81,8 %. When riding on a bicycle these results were different and therefore equal legal treatment of cyclists and motorcyclists can hardly be based an similar performance requirements.
