Urban traffic models : possibilities for simplification.

Abstract

The report focuses on the study of a strategic models and provides information on the degree of simplification which is compatible with meaningful results. Mathematical models have been developed to represent traffic conditions in urban areas. These models are simplified to the extent that they facilitate rapid analysis of many alternate transport policies.
