Abstract

In addition in the foregoing article an attempt is made to fit two formulas to data collected later and to found the values of their parameters to be related to the city size and to whether the observations were made in the peak or the off-peak periods. Speeds in the city centers were not found to be consistently different in peak hours. It is concluded that city centers are close to some limiting conditions throughout the day.
