Abstract

In the survey was found that differences indicated by users and nonusers of the Dial-a-Bus system are related to the inconvenience of using a dial-a-bus system. Phoning the system and the longer waits were more important to the non-users than to the users. No transfer and fares have some effect in differentiating users and nonusers.
