Using seat belts the most effective method of combating death and injury in traffic.

Abstract

It can be complete certainly claimed that in countries with low seat belt usage, the chances of sustaining injury in a traffic accident are considerably higher than in countries with high seat belt usage. This indicates how important it is to build a strong chain of international coordinated road safety work with no weak limits that disrupt the efforts of the entire chain.
