Abstract

This working paper describes the validation of the INCA methodology. The first objective is to validate the INCA incident delay calculations against observed delay and duration data for incident data collected between December 2002 and November 2003 for the Perry Barr police control centre in the West Midlands. The second objective is as a result of the validation to identify any implications for the INCA methodology. (Author/publisher)
