Abstract
The project concerns the determination of the opportunity operating small capacity dial-a-bus services in places where regular services fail and where creating them is unjustified. The report express general recommendations, propose a model questionnaire in order to collect basic information, and a data procession, and lastly supply some indications on the implantation procedure of the service.
