Abstract

The number of trained and untrained salesman, sales totals and sales means by area is analysed, a calculation of a variance-weighted comparison and a short-cut calculation of the variance-weighted comparison of sales area, trained sales totals, number trained, weight, area average and number trained x area average is discussed.
