Abstract
Many works are carried out by traffic engineers because everyone thinks that traffic safety will be increased. Often no research proves that the results are right. That is an omission as research has proven that some measures do not give satisfactory results. The reason of carrying out several works is not the traffic safety measured by the number of accidents, but the feeling of safety in traffic.
