Abstract
A before and after study is made on the efficiency of signalization and carriageway marking for the priority at road entrances of off streets at junctions to the rate of near misses and at the behaviour of drivers. The speeds of vehicles in both streets and the.traffic concentration were variables of traffic engineering. Attitude variables were conflict, priority, communication, braking performance and eye movements of the driver.
