Abstract
This book deals with the enforcement of the traffic regulations. It draws attention to questions, if the police directs itself to the establishment of dangerous offences of the traffic regulations, if its training is sufficient, if its organization meets the present circumstances and it mentions various suggestions for improvement. The book also deals with the problem of the "endorsement of driver licenses" and gives a conception adapted to the Dutch circumstances. Finally is mentions which penalties should be added to the present-arsenal and which simplifications could be made in the trial of traffic delicts.
