Abstract

The continuous increasing traffic intensity and the there- from resulting constant extension of traffic provisions, often gives a new behaviour of the road users, adapted to the new situation and based on practice. The traffic regulations hasten after in this case. Particularly can this be shown by the traffic behaviour on motorways. In this report the keep your lane system is discussed and a strong plea is given for the introduction and legalization of this system.
