Abstract
Comprehensive transportation studies have become quite expensive and often do not fit in nowadays' budgets. For areas where no transportation model is available it is recommends to applicate or standards derived from the national study "Onderzoek Verplaatsingsgedrag" adjusted by the addition of local/regional characteristics for the evaluation of proposed facilities for motor car traffic on local or regional level.
