Abstract

To develop an effective and relevant traffic education programme the following aspects should be considered (1) for which persons and for which situations should the programme be aimed (2) why does the target group get more accidents in specific situations (3) what should the pupils have learned after the programme (4) what should be done to get these objectives (5) how and in which situations can that be learned the best, and (6) are evaluation.
