Abstract

Traffic in Amsterdam has, as compared with Rotterdam and the Hague, a high number of traffic victims. The number of traffic deaths has increased in 1986 to 43 from which 21 pedestrians. The number of traffic injuries decreased with almost 100 to 3515 from which 30% were car- occupants. Most accidents occur on black spots. g:
