Abstract
An introduction is given to a system of consigning traffic queues where the road network is able to store them, and only admitting that amount of traffic which the city can digest. Ways and means of controlling public transport vehicles, not only speeding up the delayed ones by extending green phases, but also by delaying buses and trams which are ahead at their time tables. Several schemes of strategies and tactics are given.
