Abstract
After introductory questions an example has been given to show how older residential areas can be systematically reformed. The means to obtain sufficient money, not only on a short-term but also on a long-term basis, approved by this approach. The background work leading to these theoretical ideas is included in the enclosed paper, while the practical example of an area tackled in Ede concludes the documentation.
