Abstract

Traffic safety is a major social problem which constitutes a high financial burden for the society. Measures and policies aimed at reducing the lack of traffic safety are fully justified. This chapter deals with how the policy is aimed at influencing people's behaviour with respect to traffic safety. Traffic safety is not only a concern for the authorities, but also for the whole society.
