Abstract

This report focuses on the following three issues: (1) drawing up more purposeful road safety efforts in the Netherlands which, on balance, should lead to the achievement of the targets; (2) attention for balancing between costs and benefits of measures; and (3) developing a 'new view' on a number of road safety topics.
