This analysis of available literature on pre-school traffic education will serve as the basis for the development of a traffic training programme. The objective of the report therefore lies in the inspection, classification and evaluation of the numerous papers on pre-school traffic instruction. To begin with the authors set out a general consideration of the standard, theoretical and methodic assumptions, of the conditional and objective analyses, of the media and of questions of method and evaluation. In the same format there follows descriptions of assessments and investigations of pre-school training. Of the various proposals of traffic instruction in the pre-school age groups, the following are treated in detail: the proposal of the adac, the dvr, the "study paper of the cultural ministry of baden-wurttemberg on the new arrangements for traffic education in schools", the recommendations of the cultural ministers conference of the 7th February, 1972, the "childrens-traffic-club" and safety training by Winkler. Opinions are given on the evaluation of the stated concepts and the report concludes with a summary and discussion. German abstract:" Die analyse der vorliegenden literatur zur vorschulischen verkehrserziehung soll die grundlage zur entwicklung eines verkehrstrainingsprogramms schaffen. Ziel des berichts liegt somit in der sichtung, ordnung und bewertung der zahlreichen arbeiten zur vorschulischen verkehrserziehung. Zunaechst werden allgemeine ueberlegungen zu normativen, theoretischen und methodischen voraussetzungen, zur bedingungsanalyse und zielanalyse, zu medien und mediatoren, zu methoden- und evaluationsfragen angestellt. Unter der gleichen gliederung werden im folgenden ansaetze und untersuchungen zur verkehrserziehung im vorschulalter dargestellt. An konzepten zur verkehrserziehung im vorschulbereich werden im einzelnen besprochen: das konzept des adac, des dvr, die "arbeitsgrundlage des kultusministeriums baden-wuerttemberg fuer die neugestaltung des verkehrsunterrichtes an schulen", die empfehlungen der kultusministerkonferenz vom 7.7.72, der "kinder-verkehrs-club" sowie das sicherheitstraining von winkler. Abschliessend wird zur evaluation der genannten konzeptionen stellung genommen, und der bericht schliesst mit einer zusammenfassung und diskussion.
