Abstract
Some cases of fatal accidents in which the question of guilt played an important role, in particular when there was a question of crime, are presented. Thereafter the problems of the pollution of the environment, the influence of the weather on driving, the influence of the driving on the heart-beat, the influence of alcohol on driving, and the intersection between alcohol and drugs, are discussed.
