Abstract
From the multitude of moving details in the central part as well as in the peripheral part of the field of vision of the driver, the driver must select those details which give him the santed information. Traffic lighting is a neccessity for traffic; it is not correct to consider traffic safety measure alone. It depends on th equality of traffic lighting in how far relevant details are conspicuous and recognizable.
