Abstract

Handicapped people in Sweden are supposed to take part in social life the same way as everybody. Society should be be adapted to them. So public transport has to be adapted too. As this can happen only slowly special possibilities should be given to them in the mean time. The disabled traveller pays only for a second class ticket and the rest of his fare, in whatever way, is paid for by the government.
